Now imagine trying to report everything that hasn’t gone quite right, this would help make people aware of what needs improving. Difficult right, more effort than it’s worth?
Definitely not! With the RTG app you can do this as seamlessly as possible, just dictate what happened and who was involved and click send, it’s as easy as that. Through the phones technology we can see when and where as long as you report the moment things go wrong!
The app consists of:
Free Text box: Use your phones speech to text functionality to quickly summarize what is wrong. Make sure you include the majors: What happened and who was involved, if you are not reporting at the time of the occurrence also include where and when. You can use the app to let us know when and where if you are reporting as it happens.
Location check box: Select this to send the location of where you are as the location of the occurrence
Take a photo: sometimes a photo can paint a thousand words, evidencing the occurrence is always a good idea.
By submitting information of things that haven’t gone right, it lets RTG build statistical reports to forward to your company enabling the real issues to be abundantly clear and allowing changes to be made, improving what happens on a day to day basis.
